Chroming some rims

About how much would it cost to get powercoating taken off and a set of 18's chromed? And where would I get that done at?

From what i've heard you have to send the rims out of state to get them chromed. You'd probably be better off just getting another set.

they need to go to california.. go to discount tire and ask, they send them out from there

yes. but michigan chemical/pollution restrictions etc don't allow as good of a process to be done..

You are correct. There are no companies in Michigan that can do a great job. Usually it is cheaper just to but a new set. Depending what you are looking for, even worse you need to send them to a blaster first to remaove the powder. Feel free to send me a pm with what you are looking for and Ill get you a price on them.
