If that is the best they can do for a promo the story itself is going to suck. It looked like 18-20 year olds in wanna-be rice burners.

I wonder what the over/under on the amount of people getting shot at that event would be? Fifteen or Twenty maybe? You can't have a block party in Detroit without someone getting shot these days, especially on the East Side.

Have you been to Milan on a No ET night? If not, let me tell you the hoodrats show up and everyone plays nice. But I can see how in Detroit the police have their hands full so that's probably why so much shit happens because they know the cops aren't coming.
 
thank you wxyz now they know to go somewhere else because DPD will be waiting in that area

my 2 cents worth ... anybody stupid enough to run in an area like this with this many people lining the street Deserves to have his / her car impounded

when I street raced back in the 80's I would never run on a street like that
