I re-recorded this, i didnt like the old video of when i just learned it. I used more distortion in this video too.

yea i still gotta learn the break downs n stuff. i think i know it but its by ear and im not sure if its right so i left it out. I work on the whole song minus the solo and post it. Im not so hot and solo shredding.
 
Any pedals or anything? For some reason I can never recreate that sort of sound on any of my equipment, although maybe I just don't have the right amp.
 
That orange Distortion pedal is what my buddy always has used, I have no idea the name, but it's bright orange. It kicks ass.

nope just my built in amp distortion. i have a clean channel a rythem channel and a solo channel. I was playing that on the solo channel with the gain cranked.

I have a Boss MD-2 "mega distortion" That is the original one. I never use it anymore tho with this new amp. I use my whammy/wah alot tho.
