Where can I find the thin carpet I see in many drag cars? Would Lowe's or Home depot carry something like this? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks, Jake

Jake I ordered mine from www.yourautotrim.com Very reasonably priced and fairly quick shipping as well. You will need spray glue as well. I ordered all of my supplies from them, and was under a hundred bucks to do the car.

check out jo-ann fabrics even.
also, do a search on Flexform carpet.
I am looking for some too, chech out a local stereo shop, if you have one anymore.

Very nice stuff! I wouldnt recommend it if I wasnt planning on using it again soon. It holds up very well and cleans up easily with a shop vac too. You could cover a basketball with that stuff. Good Luck and have plenty of razor blades handy. And I think its only 3oz per yard.
Thanks Nate. I will check that out. Is the carpet of decent quality?

I used Ozite on my car there is pics in my project thread entire roll weighed 10#'s it looks pretty good. Was easy to lay down as well just had to glue it.

And X2 on the razor blades I used a ton stuff dulls them out bigtime.

Just take your time. Going over the trans tunnel was the worse as well as the rear seat area in my 94. I ended up with a huge fold that I had to cut out and then blend the seams together. from 2 0r 3 feet you cant see it but if you get close enough you can see where I seamed it together.
