Carnage Pics... Let's see them...

That pic is after i tried to turn it, but it was so far out of spec we gave up. Something was out of true with my clutch for its entire life. Either there was some s*** wedged between the crank and the flywheel the last time i replaced it, that it was knocked it slightly out of true, or the shop that machined it last time screwed it up. One side of the flywheel was taking a lot more heat than the other. New clutch is sooo much smoother :lol:

Sure you had it square on the lathe/mill?

This most recent time yes. I saw it in person and we spun it around a few different ways, still hit the same high spot.

Now the first time i had it turned 8 years ago... i cant speak for. It was done by a local auto parts store which no longer offers the service ... fancy that!

Well, i was on my way to 2010 dream cruise from marysville and while on 94 my oil pump locked up and i lost oil pressure. carnage results.

Oil pan after rods slapped it a few thousand times.

Piston and rod assemblies 1 and 5, some rod bearings, caps and screws. i still have the piston and con rod on the left with the bottom of the rod bent up against iself. pretty sweet
