It is made by Setina MFG Co. & cost over $600 new, in very good used condition.
Fits 2007 -- 2014 Chevy Tahoe & Suburban. May also fit other vehicles.
Approx. 58" wide x 40" tall -- comes complete with all hardware, nuts & bolts & brackets.
