Carburetor rebuild?

Have a friend with a Mercury 3.3L equipped with a Holley 1 Barrel Carburetor & is looking to have the carb rebuilt.
Any one of recommendation thats proficient with these?

I would have said American Carburetor in St. Clair Shores but the old guy retired and closed up shop.
