carb tunning

im lookin for advice for tunning carbs I have a holley 750 double pumper,and a demon 850 the demon so far works better then the holley.the motor is a 441 cube bbc with iron heads small cam should make around 500 horse(street car) right now the demon pops out of the exhaust and runs super rich.i have no experience tunning carbs so please be detailed lol thanks

Can you add some more info..like what camshaft type and how the valve train was adjusted.What is your timing set at.If your lash or ign timing is off..the carb is not going to respond correctly.The more you can post up regarding your bbc..the better to help you correct any carb issues you may or may not even have.

whats your vacuum at idle, the power valves may be to big , or bad .
