Ive only dealt with unibody cars or GMs unibody/front removable sub frame on a rotisserie before. If it is for a F150 you can make one that will fit all of the parts for pretty cheap. What part of the truck are you planning on putting on the rot? You can do a frame off restoration on a truck without a rot. You will need some buddies to help take the bed and cab off but that's about it.

Once you get it down to the bare frame is easy to flip the frame for fab/paint or the box is a 2 person job (until it has paint then it takes more for extra caution) the cab will be the most cumbersome but they aren't bad at all. I cannot see a full size F150 on a rotisserie in its entirety though.

We plan on doing the frame and would make it much easier to move the frame around at the body shop and sand blasting shop, when it is on the rotisserie . Once we are done with the truck, I plan on putting a mustang on there.

Just a frame , just build a rack from 2x4. 2 guys can move a frame easily, If you are gonna winter drive it have the frame galvanized

I had my 1969 on a custom fab'd unit. Iirc it was made of 4" square tubing with 8" casters (steel with a small band of rubber). It was set up like an engine stand with the pin that secures it at 0/90/180/270 degrees. The guys of it were the same 4" tubing built in an A-frame style with some angle iron bolted to the car's bumper bracket holes and the front was fab'd to fit on the frame rails. I remember them saying that the most expensive part was the casters.

I never though about sending a frame out for galvanization

Looks like this after you have it bead blasted so paint will stick
