Can anyone suggest some public ranges in west michigan?

My brother's getting married and wants to have about 10 guys rent a house on/near lake michigan and shoot stuff. Were looking anywhere from traverse city to grand rapids.

I'll bring some of my own collection but would like it if they rented as well. It would be nice if we could do anything from sporting clays to longer range rifle/handgun shooting.

Most ive seen online so far are private/member only clubs.
Anyone have any suggestions?
 
There is an unmaned old DNR Range in Yankee Springs that I used to go to when I lived on Gun Lake. It would probably be about 35-45 min and south/ south east from downtown Grand Rapids. There is a big field where you can do sporting clays if you bring your own thrower. There is also a large dirt back stop that you can do anything from pistols to rifles at. It all depends on who else is there when you are and what they are shooting. The only rules are the rules of common sense and self-enforcing.

Its somewhat hard to find. You have to go down basically a seasonal road to get to it. Below are the coordinates.
