c4 problem

i have a c4 trans 5000 convertor tci trans brake drove car did 1 pass and when i put it in 2nd gear its like the brakes are on it slows down stoppin the car back to 1st its fine and 3rd just 2nd gear any ideals????

yea i dnt know how to adjust it do i got to take the tramns apart???

to adjust the band, you torque the adjuster to 10 ft/lbs and back it off 1 1/2 turns.
