C-4 Trouble

I have a PA c-4 with a coan 4000 converter. I just had the trans rebuilt and has 3 passes on it. when I started the car up it made a squeal noise but went away very quick,so I took it for a ride got on it a little and it started making a louder squeal/ grind noise. It only makes this noise when it is in gear and there is a load on it, If you jack the car off the ground and put it in gear it makes no noise. I did pull the pan and there was lots of clutch material and shavings in the bottom of the pan. Im pretty sure it is going bad but I wonder what would cause this with only 3 passes on it.

smthn might of broke real easy to rebuild ive done my own and aint broke yet if clutch material is in pan then its smoked who rebuilt it?
