I get a huge discount for dell at work, i'd also pm Jim Piper on here who can probably get you a computer with exactly what you need for DIRT cheap

Working up a quote today Matt.

That was each machine or for both?

I wish it was for both.

I haven't called and used my Ford discount yet so I'm sure it will be alittle cheaper. I just wanted to know if this was a decent machine for the money

You better snatch up the one on slickdeals posted today with the two 22" LCD panels for $649 because Dell won't hold that deal long.

That is a great deal! They are analog 22" monitors but they are just fine. You may want to upgrade the ram on it to at least 2gb and vista basic just sucks. I would go with Home premium for $29.

i will make a call to my friend he fixes and sells computers. i let you kwo what he has in stock. he just sold a family friend a 3.2 celeron d, 160 gig hdrive, 2 gb ram, win xp, 260 bucks.

is that $300 or $200 off with that code? I dont understand how you came up with saving $300 when the code is for $200?

did you price out building something yourself? its usually ALOT cheaper. you can have a pretty bitchin system for around $400-500

I'd go with an AMD Processor
They seem to run cleaner.

I built my PC for $550 w/ XP
But that was years ago, the same setup now is $450 or so.
