I took a job in SC and I really really need to sell my house so my wife and kids can move down here with me.

The house is located between Ryan and Mound 1 block south of 11 mile.The address is 26505 Crystal Ave.

Everything is done just move in . Immediate occupancy.

$139,000

Huge yard plenty of room to store you trailers or boats and build the garage you always dreamed of. The house appraised for $159,000 before the kitchen and the upstairs were finished. There is enough equity in the house to finance the garage into the purchase price without a problem.

No, It is for sale by owner. I wanted to drop the price down, but I had no more room to move on the price when I had it listed with the realtor because you have to pay their commision and all. I do have an attorney who is doing all of the legal paper work and all so it's no worries on that end.

suprised they let you take a contingency if it wasnt listed with a realtor most builders wont..must have did it when it was listed...ill do my best to help you find a buyer

No basement, but there is some much room to store stuff I never missed having one.

My contract with the realtor has just ended so I dropped the price in a last chance effort. The contingeny is supposed to have a realtor, but I only have two weeks before I lose it.
 
I have a mortgage lady that I am working to help anybody looking to buy a house. She will do a 100% finance on the house. Maybe this would help somebody interested.
