Broken mustang...video inside

So im getting a pretty crazy knocking sound coming from either my clutch or tranny. It started while driving normally.I downshifted to 2nd gear because i was coming around a corner slowly and as soon as i let the clutch out it began.

The knock is pretty loud but goes away as soon as i push in the clutch..Like goes away 100%.Its obviously either the clutch or its inside the tranny. But both seem to be working just fine still. The tranny goes in and out of every gear just fine with no grinding or anything out of the ordinary at all.And the car still moves just fine too..I havent moved it more than a few feet because i dont want to further damage whatever it is that went. But from what i can tell both the clutch and tranny are working normally.

The car does have a king cobra clutch installed by me about 5-6 thousand miles ago.I havent seen any problems or had anything weird out of it untill now.

The clutch and tranny have never been beaten on that hard.I mean ive had fun with the car but its never seen drag radials or the track or anything like that.

heres a video..

sounds to me like a piece came off of the clutch disk like maybe a friction broke lose but is still attached

It would be cool if thats all it is.T-45 parts are pretty cheap and i have a guy that will do the work for dirt cheap.I will be taking the tranny out and putting it back in myself but I dont know nearly enough about the inner workings to do that myself.Thats where the other dude comes in.He did a full overhaul on my buddies t-56,only charged 150 bucks labor and had it done quick.
