willwood up front, dual aerospace in the rear. strange master, kit was from skinny kid. 1.25 bore.

bled the shit out of the brakes, farthest to closest, about 6x per caliper. NO AIR, all fluid.

have adj prop valve for rears, system was bled with the valve open so the rears saw full pressure.

still pedal to the floor. can pump it up 5x-6x to get a little pressure. thats unacceptable.


any ideas, before i buy another master?

first, obvious question, are all the bleeder screws at the top of the calipers?

and did you bleed the master before installing?
 
yes, bled from the top away from the brake line inlet.
wilwoods have 4 per caliper. bled from top outside bleeder
