Brake light/turn signal problem??

okay a few days ago my right tail light went out and the turn signal wouldnt work. Then the next day the other side went out as well. My running lights work but when i press on the padel the lights do not light up and neither of my turn signals will blink.
changed all the bulbs, and changed the brake light switch?
i need some help, what is wrong with my car and if so does anybody know what colors the wires are for the ground, brake lights and turn signals? thanks!!

i have an 87 cutlass supreme, 307 v8

Check to make sure the hazard flashers aren't on.

they are not, when i put them on they blink on dash but do not flash in the back
