Bone stock 92 302 h.o. needs help

at a idle its not running as smoth as it should almost like its running on 7 cylinders but yet when you drive it it hits on all 8. If i take off slow you can hear it chug like its on 7 cylinders but if i take off fast it go`s and seems to pull to good to only be on 7 cylinders. I did take the iac off and cleaned it and now it seems to start faster but thats it. Any help would be great

I assume you tuned it up?

try a compression check, and go from there. might just be a sticky valve or something along those lines?
