Have you spoken to anyone about this damage?

BTW our Lincoln Mercury Bodyshop is top notch. Let me know if you are interested and I'll get with the Manager. They are in Wixom. 15 mins from you.

They do all types of cars and trucks. School buses to Porsche's

Andrea's Audi got fixed 3 different times at Fischer Body Repair. They're on the north side of Grand River about 1/4 mile east of Drake. (Just past the Harley dealer if you're coming from downtown Farmington. Turn in right after the pond where all of the geese live... you know the one.) My contact guy there is Jerry Sarkozi. 248-442-3543 Tell him Matt with the blue Audi and the gray GTO gave you his info. When the Audi got rear-ended and needed about $14k in repairs, it took a while but you couldn't tell that anything was done. The car also got a new hood and fender after a deer failed to make it across the street and it got a new door after the wind blew a shopping car into it at Meijer.

At the very least, give him a call and have him look it over. They're less than 10 minutes from your house.

They do excellent work.

Yes, I have talked to some people.:dontknow:

I don't want them to accidently put Mustang parts on, so sorry no L/M. Thanks, though.

For what its worth, it will be fixed with cash, not insurance.

Just checking :D

Alex, try Autometric of Royal Oak. They fixed my car for a very reasonable price. And they are among the best if not THE best.

Good, then you won't have to deal with the insurance company. I still haven't received an offer from State Farm on the Camaro.

As Matt said, What Happened?

GEB collision Walled Lake. Best paint blender ive ever seen. 248-926-9373

Make sure the shop doing the repair is proficient in sheet molded composite repair. (SMC)

If you need any parts, let me know, I still have high connections at Thyssen-Krupp Budd. (they pioneered SMC and still make vette panels)

A & M collision in Farm Hills.

They are on Hathaway right between the Land Rover dealer and the Pontiac dealer off Grand River at 10 mile.

They did some paint work on my Cobra and about a half dozen more cars in the family.

They are also the shop I had do some fiberglass repair on a 59 vette a friend of mine owned. Flawless work. You couldnt tell it was ever touched.

I would have gotten the GN painted there but I didnt have the $$$$ at the time.

Thanks for the leads, guys.
As for what happened...An error in better judgement, thats all. Not hard to imagine from me.
