For sale is my 22 ft 1984 Sea Ray cuddy cruiser. It has a 305 Mercrusier V8 with through hull exhaust and an alpha 1 outdrive.

Lower outdrive was replaced last summer and still has 2 years left on the warranty!

Though hull exhaust with pipes added 2 year ago. The boat sounds awesome!
Tinted windows
Matching swim platform added 2 years ago
Before this year, boat was stored in a heated garage
Newer depthfinder.
A twin axle EZ loader trailer is also included
Right now the boat is at Markley Marina. I have the well paid for though April 30th 2012. I would transfer this to new owner if boat is purchased before then. I can take a prospective buyer for a ride if they are serious and have cash in hand.
MOST PEOPLE DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS A 1984!
