BMW M3 for sale or trade

It is a 1994 BMW 318is that has been fully customized into a 1997 M3. It has 70,000 miles on the chassis but the engine, transmission, differential, driveshaft, suspension, body kit, exhaust, radiator, power steering hoses, fan clutch, water pump, transmission bushings, all hoses, and any other m3 upgrades have 22,000 or fewer miles on them and the brakes were just replaced. This car is in excellent condition and has been immaculately taken care of. It has never been smoked in, seen snow, very rarely does it see rain, and the oil has been changed every 3,000 miles with synthetic oil. It has been washed at least 2 times a week, waxed every month and always stored indoors. This car has been built with all OEM parts or well known name brand upgrades (suspension, and exhaust.) The cars only problem is Last week someone backed into the back left corner of the vehicle and cause some minor damage. It runs and drives amazing; it has never been raced in any way. There is absolutely no rust anywhere on this vehicle; it has over $30,000.00 invested (not including the coast of the car.) The car has not been to a dyno but is estimated to have around 300HP with the following upgrades:

Engine Swap

? 1998 3.2L 240 HP Inline 6 that has 22k miles total but has 11,000 after all new seals and gaskets were put in and the engine was fully inspected before installation.
? M3 5spd Transmission (22k miles)
? OBD I Conversion from Zionsville Autosports w/custom software
? Stromung Exhaust (5k miles)
? M3 Midpipe (5k miles)
? M3 Radiator /Hoses (5k miles)
? UUC MotorWerks Poly Transmission Bushings (5k miles)
? Odds and Ends (New pwr steering Hoses, Fan Clutch. Water pump etc) (5k miles)
? Replaced Differential and Driveshaft last spring (2k miles)
? I have changed the oil with Amsoil and used Mobil one for Tranny and Differential fluid (all three changed 2,000 miles ago) Suspension
? Koni 325,328- Adjustable struts and shocks (5k miles)
? M3 H&R sport springs (5k miles)
? E36 Front Shock Tower Reinforcement plate (5k miles)
? E46 M3 Rear shock mounts (5k miles)
? M-Roadster Rear Reinforcement plates (5k miles)

Exterior/Interior

? Reiger Infinity I Bumpers front, rear, and Side Skirts (from Germany) (2k miles)
? 18x8 M-parallel replica wheels (2k miles)
? New Goodyear F1 Tires (2k miles)
? M3 molding kit w/BMW Motorsport International Badges (2k miles)
? M3 gauge Cluster ? M3 Shift Knob
? All new Moon roof cables etc. (2k miles)
? Sony Explod CD player
? Kicker 10in Sub with Dual amp


Looking to trade for mustang, lifted 4x4, or something else.
If i were to sell out right i would be looking for $14,000

Why not just buy a used REAL M3 instead of throwing away $30,000?
