Black Friday Anyone?

Already did everything online yesterday. No crowds. No lines.

The only way to fly. I remember back in '05, Circuit City was one of the only places that offered their big ticket items online while everybody else made you wait in line. I bought a pair of speakers online and did the in-store pickup thing. I get there, they unlock the doors, everybody scrambles to the sales floor, and I go to the online pickup line and there was only 4 of us waiting for our stuff. I grab my boxes and parade past everybody else giving me the look of death lol.

I went out the the Best Buy last night around 9pm and the parking lot was full; Ive never seen anything like it. Went inside, and it wasnt too bad. Grabbed what I needed off the floor and found the cashier with the least amount of people in line.

Went to Walmart last night around 6:30 place was packed picked up the new cod for 39 dollars and bought a 55 inch TV for $298. Everything went smoothly untill we had to go around the back of store to pick up the TV the line was so long and we waited a hour just to get TV loaded. The people working thought it was a slack off party taking there sweet time I was a little irritated.

That pretty much sums up my shopping experience this year.
I was in & out, no problems or waiting!

I heard on the news "sales & shoppers would be down 5% this year".
Seemed like a lot less than that to me.

I bought a cheap Samsung tablet to use bluetooth and wifi to a couple gauges in my car. 69.99 and I had 60 in best buy coupons. So 10.59 delivered for a 7" android tablet. It wont sync with Apple.
