Belt routing problem

I'm having some big problems with my belt and it rubbing. Here is a diagram of how its routed at the moment:

Where the red is, its rubbing. When I first installed the belt, it was a bitch, but it had clearance. Now it stretched and is rubbing again. Anyone have any suggections? If I go another 1/2" shorter, its next to impossible to get on. Do I need to drill another hole for the tensioner so that it sits up further?

I should also add that I currently have a 71" belt.

Take the top bolt out of your alt. and rotate it untill its on the other side of the bracket then put the bolt back in should give ya the room you need
