It's evidently filled from below with a magnet that seals the bottom of the cup when it's full. It takes less time to pour and there is no head of foam on it.

Why would it need any sort of magnet? Looks to me like the cup has a sturdy door at the bottom that seals itself closed once its taken off the 'nipple' that fills it up with beer.

That does look like a cool way to fill beer, esp at sporting events/concerts. It takes maybe 1/4 of the time and is the perfect "pour" everytime.

I'm not sure how long it would take to pour those manually, but she was handing them out as fast as they were filling. And yes, she does need to handle them by the side & not the top.
