Battery Relocation Questions

I just did a battery reloc. install on my cobra. There have been a couple questions come up on some other boards and I figured I'd like your comments/advice.

1. I don't have an inline fuse run on the power wire. Is this necessary? I'm running 1 ga and I went straight from the battery to the fuse box, using grommets everywhere that they were required and I would say the chances of grounding are slim to none.

2. Will the Milan techs let me run without a switch? The fastest I'm running now is 13 flat and the fastest I plan on running this season is mid 11s (S/C).

Let me know, guys.

I never run a fuse, as long as the wire is mounted and protected good

no matter the et, any relocated battery needs the switch to be IHRA/NHRA legal

I could've sworn I've seen some relocations at milan without switches but I could've been mistaken. All I currently go to is test and tunes anyway so if I can't run at the track, its not that big of a deal.
