Bail Enforcement Questions?

Always been curious. I know enough about it to know its not like what you see on T.V. I'm just curious if anybody is, or knows somebody who actually does bail enforcement in this area. I know the laws in Michigan aren't specific when it come to this.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Are you referring to bail bondsmen, or are you referring to the stuff like you see on DOG the bounty hunter????

Honestly, I'm not 100% sure about how all that works. Your best bet would be to talk to an actual bondsman and see how everything happens.....

There is a bailbonds office in pontiac right across from the courthouse. Maybe talk to them and ask for more details.
