Badass STI

I worked for Jacobs for about 3.5 years at Engine Dyno. If you like getting fucked in the ass pay wise, and want a 2% raise after 3 years of busting your ass then I guess its not that bad. Around the time I left, they were hiring former bankers in at 11/hr that didnt know the difference between a water pump and a turbo. I believe DTF is a Jacobs facility now, where as it used to be Ford just built by Jacobs. In that time that I worked there they hired exactly 2 people direct, and the reason they were hired is because they were royal kiss asses. IMO, put your time in there to get some experience if you need it and then move on. There is much better higher paying, better employee treating companies out there. I've only been to DTF for a couple interviews and to pick up our "Christmas Gift". What a joke that was. Heres a shirt for us fucking you all year long..
 
A lot of guys work here for a year or two and leave for other places making 10 more an hr.
