Autometer Tach Question

My autometer tach was properly functioning A few weeks ago and soon after it is unresponsive as in the needle is stuck at 10,000 :shrug: any suggestions to this problem? Wiring has been checked and is fine???????

thump is a few times with your hand with the key off, if it stays stuck, you will need to replace it
