I am having a g8 gt get some body work in Hamtramck and I need the trans rebuilt (hopefully this is cheaper than buying a used trans.) Just looking at having it done well, no plans for performance mods aside from CAI, exhaust, and tune. Just going to be a daily driver.
I do tend to brake auto transmissions easily, probably cause I drive them wrong. This is why I almost only buy manual trans cars.
Any suggestions on quality and price? Would be great if a shop could pick up the trans and drop it back off. Transmission will be removed from vehicle already.
