ATI All in Wonder 9800 Pro. Comes with all the original hardware (almost all the cables have never been opened, as well as the original unopened remote control) and software. 128M DDR with TV Tuner/etc. I recently blew out the fan for dust, and noticed it did groan a little at first when turning it back on, but it has not done so since. Great card for multimedia and games. I ran Half Life 2 with pretty much zero problems with this card.
