It is as complete as they come with every nut, bolt and ziptie needed to install it. I have 20k on my set-up since installing it and getting it on the road in Sept 2007.
My goal was a fun, reliable DD in the summer and this kit has met that with flying colors. I just get in and go whenever I like. And if I ever need that extra kick in the pants, just put the loud foot down and keep it pointed straight!
