aod trouble

I have a fresh aod good clutchs bands tci constant pressue valve body and b&m holeshot 3000 converter im having a problem with 2/3shift seems to flare under full load at high rpm car is under 400 HP range with a vortech Blower making low boost has anyone know what could cause this I seem to think its the valve body and info would help!!
 
Drive the vehicle with a line pressure gage and see what it is when its hot... watch the gage when it shifts. You most likely have 225-250 psi of line pressure.
If line pressure is good, the direct friction may be bad. If the friction become glazed (any hot spots on the friction or steels) it will never ever shift right.
In a aod, the forward clutches come off as the directs come on. Clutch pack clearance on both pack play a big part of shift timing/overlap.
They sell a increased capacity direct clutch pack for your trans.
