link no workie, Shelly

Hmmm....it was running slow when I posted it :dontknow:

RyeLou got it to work though....weird.

Her name is Reese. She is a tortiseshell (awesome color!!). I believe she is estimated to be 8 or 9 months.

Here's all the info in case others can't see it:

Domestic Short Hair

Size: Small
Age: Young
Gender: Female
ID:

Notes: Reese is a young tortishell female kitty. She's approximately eight or nine months of age. A wonderful family found her outside and contacted us to help her get out of the cold before winter.

Thanks to the aid of one awesome fosters, Kristy, we were able to take her in. She will be spayed and vaccinated before being adopted.

This is what her foster mom has to say about Reese:

She is *incredibly* friendly with people. She wants nothing more than to be petted and scratched. Not too fond of being held, but she will pop right up on your lap for attention.

She is a little shy to start off, and it will take her a couple of days to come out of her shell and venture around the house on her own. But once she does, she settles right in.

She is a bit stand-offish with other cats, but I think in time she would warm up. She's great with large dogs. She will rub on them and purr, but will not hesitate to correct them if they pester her. She does not run away though, which is great, because then they don't feel inclined to chase her.

This pet is up to date with routine shots.
This pet is already house trained.
This pet has been altered.

Thanks for posting the info up. Maybe petfinder is having issues tonight :dontknow:

Thanks. I dunnno how Ms. Lumpkins would react to a new cat. Sounds like a nice kitty though, I kinda wanna get her.

I worried about Zoee my first cat when I added another one. I've added 3 since then...total of 4 :icon_eek: . Plus my dog. I think I have worried about the reaction for all the additions. Everything has always worked out for me after a short period of time. Zoee (the oldest) actually attacked my dog the second day I had him and I was really worried, but they adjusted :)

Wanted to add.....

She is being fostered with a pit bull, a sharpei mix and a few other cats. I can find out whatever information anyone wants from her foster mom :)

Shelly, you could use some more animals, no?

That's funny. Because I REALLY wish I could get her. She is beautiful and the coloring is the kind I would like to get. The inn is full here for now. I add anymore I may have to stop eating to feed them

That's cool. I sorta figured it would take sometime for her to adjust, but I had two cats before (This one and another name Hershey) but they both had kittens at the same time (There's a male cat pimp somewhere ) and I guess they each thought all the kittens were theirs and started fighting. It got pretty bad, they would chase each other and break stuff so I had to get rid of all the kittens and the other female(Hershey) :(.

There was this one grey kitten out of the litter that I really wanted to keep, but he was a male and I figured there would be an endless reproduction of kittens and I couldn't handle that lol.

I'll think about it though, I would like another kitten/cat.

www.petfinder.com isn't working at all for me. Tried copying link. Tried going to Petfinder.com to just search for the pet ID number, but the entier link doesn't work.

I'm allergic to cats.
Thats not gonna stop me from having a pet Bobcat someday though

I've looked into this...
Most people that are allergic to cats are not allergic to the bobcats or bobcat mixes.

My friend adopted a "kitten" from her humane society and it grew up to be a bobcat mixed with a domestic cat, that cat is awesome.
