My brother just went through another 3650 in his 05 Mustang GT. It's a basic bolt on car, his daily driver. I contacted D&D and they said there's not much we can do other than upgrade to a 6-speed which isn't an option. He doesn't have a whole lot to spend. Were having a friend do the labor, he's a a transmission tech at Brondes Ford.
Don at D&D said the TKO 500 would cost too much to make it work in the 05.

But it says it's an upgrade for 99-04 cars. Makes me wonder if its still an upgrade for 05-09 cars.
What else is there to do? The gears seem fine, but everything else is shot. We couldn't get the rails out. but probably could somehow.
