Anyone in the home loan refinance bizz.......

I just found out that my Dad has an adjustable rate mortgage and it's at 7%...I need to refi this loan to a fixed rate before it gets out of hand...Anyone with a hookup or can suggest a Loan company without all that hidden cost?
