Anyone in constrution mind answering a question?

I'm working a bathroom and would like to run a pair of sinks off an existing drain/vent line. Easiest way would be for me to run a set of stacked sanitary t's or a double fixture fitting. However, this would require me to put holes in two studs in the wall. This is an exterior end wall that runs parallel to the joists in the house. Does anyone know if this is a load bearing wall (and so that putting holes in the stud is a bad idea)?
