I know a few guys here are good tuners, I am trying to dial in my silverado ss and was looking for someone/anyone local who might have good info for me to start tuning.
I have been reading my ass off, I feel like I am back in school. On my first post on Hptuners.com a guy pointed out my IFR was no where close to what it needed to be. Then more looking...and my Throttle body sclar was unchanged too? and I am running a larger 87mm TB??
So now I am kind of stuck with 'what' I do next. So I backed up my tune, and have changed the IFR values to match the injector data I could find, second I changed the ETC sclar to the new value.
Now what? I am lost as what I do next? My reading says that I need to Log in SD mode, w/o the MAF and correct my VE table???
Now I also have some isues with timing getting pulled at WOT, do I change the spark map before I modify the VE table??
I have been reading so when its time to ask for help I can atleast know what is going on a little bit.
I feel once I get the system down, it should be easy to keep logging data to get my truck dialed in!
TIA
