Anyone help me out with tires?

I need a set of tires taken off a set of American Racing Torqlite 18" wheels and put on a set of factory CTS-V wheels that are freshly powdercoated.

Who can help me out?

walmart will do it for $6 a rim. Although I have not been there in a while. Looks like $10 now.
