My boss has just give me the task of building an entire ISO 14001 system, and has given me two months to do so. i have TS16949 experience, but no ISO14001. We only have one parts washer, which gets its water picked up by an outside company once a year, and 2, 55 gal drums of rust prevention oil that is sitting in a tub in case of a spill or container breach. we only have 3 gas HILOs so i wont be doing anything with air pollution as we must use these, no floor drains at all, so no water containment issues. We have scrap steel that we recycle, but the paper and plastic get trashed. our water consumption is just restrooms and food areas really also so i cant do any better numbers wise to show a goal then we already are.

As far as the build of the system, i have that handled. i'm just more so wondering if when my auditor comes and i show him we can not improve our current ways due to the warehouse being so small and just doing mostly shipping and receiving if its going to be an issue. We do quality control here, but no manufacturing, or machines that cut here at all so we have no chemicals really.

anyone help out? if you have ISO14001 experience and can help physically at a point of this project to look for issues in my paperwork later once im ready to turn it on, i'm sure i can talk to my boss about compensating you for your time.
