Anyone have a trans built by Unlimited Transmission?

 I saw "anyone have a trans built" and finished it with Mike Ridings because of it being so common.

Sorry, I haven't had one built by them. I'm sure someone here has or has some info about them.

Van Geibel (586) 524-3728........builds alot of high horsepower stuff.
He runs (and won 2 championships) Milan Heads Up - All Motor Class.

He's in Almont, which would be close for you.

They built my th-400 with brake that I had in my old car. Never had an issue with the trans and it had plenty of passes on it. Brake worked flawlessly, I will have them rebuild another one for me shortly.:secret:

Just curious if any of you have had work done or bought a trans by this shop/guy. I'm in the market for a TH400 (This is NOT a Mike Ridings thread)

Here's a link to his add:

IDK if its the same shop, but there a place called transmissions unlimited in shelby on auburn road that does good work. Theyve done a few things for us.

Better make it quick, I hear his builder is looking for a job.

interesting....

He always looking for another job Mike.
Facts are, every unit in my shop is built to my specifications.
Each unit and every job meets my specific detail to quality and parts installed.
Thats something that will never change. I'm very picky about detail.
I started working in the transmission industry over 34 years ago, (pulling units out on my back, tearing them down, and prepping them for Assembly).
I went into business for myself as a full time and sole occupation in 1985.
Rebuilding transmissions its not something I do part time, its something Ive done every day of my life for 34 years.
Assembling transmissions is only one step of completing a very complex job.
Customer satisfaction and providing top quality products will always be our priority's.

Sorry, this was not ment as a slam. I thing you have me confused with the wrong guy. My name is ryan and i've been friends with said builder since our days in troy.
