Is the sand even thawed out yet? If not it will be extremely rough riding.
You might want to take dirt tires as well as sand paddles.

I would think its been churned up a little by a few diehard duners in 4X4's. These last few days of sun have to help a little also.

All is good with the sand. People have been out there over the last few days. Been pretty sunny during the day. From the current pics on the silver lake page it doesn't look bad.

Elkas are amazing!!! I've never had a quad with decent suspension before. This is a real treat! Just need a steering stabilizer next!

Ha! If you have a modded banshee I think it would be an even race (depending on what's done) a lot of the times a nicely built banshee with a good rider would put a nice whooping on the 4 stroke guys.
