anyone ever do a front bumper body kit here?

my cuz has called me this morning and has been having kidney problems since he was a kid. he's now on dialysis and cant finish putting his front bumper on his cobalt. i'd like to do it for him. i haven't seen it yet but im told that this front bumper cover has no holes drilled and he has no hardware for anything.

first, am i getting in over my head? id rather not mess his bumper cover up trying to help.

second, ive never done anything custom body like this before. is their anything i should look out for or do first?


any tips/tricks would be appreciated.
