Just wondered since my case moved from small claims to civil figured it was becoming another ape case:rolleyes: :pissed: :pissed:
 
yes same person, had a small shop for like 2 yrs i think, just wondered if anyone knew what was going on ?
 
He still has a T3/T4 turbo of mine. I'm not gonna bother suing though. He's still gonna fix it for me......... so he says.



What did he do to you, UR2SLW?
 
He had a turbo of mine that he claimed was "stolen" from his shop. Nothing like a few hundred wasted.
 
Sad thing is that he and I USED to be good friends......till he ripped me off and fucked up my car.


Guy's a good mechanic, just a shitty businessman.

same here well took money didnt do work forever, car got broken into while at shop, said he would pay for repairs, almost 2 yrs later nothing his phone got shut off then i file, then now his phone is on, and he hires a lawyer wtf got money for that not for me...have to call him and see what his deal is. ill have to see what happens might have to hire an attny to get what i owe and more if he is a pain in the ass since it took so long...lol hope i get a judge i know that will help a lil bit.

Mine is the silver turbo RSX that sat 9 months for a clutch job.
 
mine was the mustang, i remember your car im suing for work for damage for things he sold as deposits for work, money given him for work not done.

My car was the cobra. Im suing him, for damage done when my car was broken into while at his shop and parts stolen, money he owes me for parts he sold as credits to my bill and the deposit i gave him for work not done...i wrote it fast what does it matter?:rolleyes:

lol thanks geoff ill keep everyone updated and im sure ill ask for advice I never had to do this before. I didnt want to come to this but I am tired of waiting for things to get done and money to fix stuff that wasnt my fault.
 
I can tell you one thing : its blood from a stone now. He dosent have any money or property. You might get a judgement, but collection is another matter. Wage garnishment is an option , but its a slow process.
