anyone build a harness from scratch?

im considering doing this for the capri, start with a 12 circuit block and go from there. any advice to make it go a little easier?

Joe "Duke" is the man when it comes to wiring.... He did my entire car and it's sweet, everything hidden the best it can be. side note, i still need to tint his car

Lay everything out first. Nothing sucks more than forgetting to run a wire through a loom or gromet and having to do it after everything is nice and neatly installed.

if i had the choice i would start with the factory harness and just modify it from there...much easier than starting from scratch.

Oh boy sounds like one hell of a headache I agree on finding a nice factory harness and modifying it

i will be building mine in the car then removeing it to cover all the wires.
