Looking for somebody that's a salesman at a dodge dealer, possibly interested in a new truck, i know somebody on here worked at one before but i don't remember who it was (was a few years ago), didn't end up going to them as i went with a tbss at that time

i really like the new f150 tremor but at 40k dollars, i'm all set on that, the ram seems to offer what i want and i saw some pretty good deals on them at dealerships online. I hate dealing with most salesman because they always feed you some bs, so if anybody on motown is a salesman or knows somebody that is, i'd much rather bring them my business.

I'm in the downriver area. thanks motown

They are all priced around the same my dad works for Chrysler and I bought a f150 instead of a ram. I got like 6000 in rebates on my ford going with a ram I would have only saved a little bit even with my Dads employee price. And internet prices are a joke that price is with every incentive available or I would have got 10000 in rebates on my ford if they gave me the internet price

I understand that is with incentives. I'm looking for a regular cab truck (no kids), but i don't want a work truck, I like the ram rt because it's a pretty loaded up truck, the comparable model would be a tremor, and chevy doesn't really offer something as "sporty". tremor is around 40k, and i built the ram i want online for under 35k (without incentives). i get discounts through most manufacturers through my work, not sure how much that would knock off.

i guess i'm just basing my decision off of the little bit of research i've done, it just seemed like the ram would be easier to get my payments where i would want them and being able to get a truck i would want

I can tell you this much. The F150 is an awesome truck as I have had 3 of them, but the pricing on the ram is just crazy. My b-in-law just leased a loaded 4 door dodge ram. every opt excpect leather. With 0 down, 3 year lease with emp discount, he pays 284 a month for a 43k truck. That is just crazy..

Nothing like asking a question and getting 95% answers that have nothing to do with the question. lol

If you can't find an rt on the lot just try to find a regular cab with 3.92 gears

If i can't get the rt i want or get it at a price i like, i would try to get a black express, pretty cool truck, i just like the rt interior a million times better, and it seems like the rt is much more loaded up

You can get a stripper f150 with the ecoboost 2wd std bed. for less than 30k but no short bed. You could do a Coyote in a std cab short box.(great foundation) The Ram express has been a great deal for a good package for the same dough.(though it has gone up every year) The largest engine you can get from GM in a std cab short box is a 5.3. Good engine but not large enough for a hot street truck without a power adder. Check with trunk if you want a Ford.

Hmm if we were working I think we had a rt on the lot with like 6000's miles that I could check on for ya. Not sure it's there now though cause we have sent like 500 cars to auction in the last 2 weeks

x2. Francis is a good dude.

Mr. Trunk, am I up shits creek with wanting a good deal on a tremor?

I'm able to get employee pricing through chrysler, so after talking with a salesman, I'm liking the price i can get on a ram I would be interested in. Not to sure if i can get a ford with that much money off

Love my R/T. I think the '14s with 8spd trans don't have 4.10 gears though, I've heard differing reports. Interested to see how they run against the older R/Ts.

Tremor is bad ass, but not 40k worth of bad ass. Too bad you can't get a rcsb with the ecoboost without the stupid graphics/running board Tremor bs.

i saw your truck at milan a few years ago and loved the ram rt ever since, especially in white. i agree with the graphics and running boards on the tremor. to me, less is more when it comes to appearance.

the new rt has 3.92 gears.

Right on.

New trans is pry worth the trade off.
