ANy tricks to removing intake manifold?

I finally got my lincoln 460 down to the manifold. took out all the bolts, but cant get the damn manifold off for the life of me. it doesnt help that it weighs 70 lbs and is 3-4 feet in from the fenders on all sides, so i gotta grab it with my arms all the way out, but there really isnt anywhere around the thing to get a screwdriver under to pry it up. Im half tempted to go borrow a cherry picker and rip it off.

Pry bar and hammer, just try not to be to close to a critical sealing point.

haha i know, i tried all night, couldnt get it to budge anywhere. im pretty sure im gonna use a cherry picker when i get home tonight. loop a chain around the carb mounting pad and pull it straight up. i doubt its got 5000lbs of lincoln holding power
