any suggestions on 05 malibu help for my coworker

he showed up at work with the upper control arm rusted out of its mounting area, tire all slanted in wheelwell, he has been trying to fix it for days, cant swap out the upper control arm etc...bolts all rusted and michigan locktite

any places you suggest near the shores...thanks
 
My brother owns Tony's Goodyear on the north side of 9 mile east of Gratiot.. Like all repair places, shop is slammed but mention me might be able to squeeze u in?
