Here is another praise out to Steve Frankiewicz AKA 13SECSS

I wish I can say that it was as easy as others on here, but circumstances beyond his control (being me) made it a battle to get final approval, but in the end Steve got it done.

To me Steve went well beyond his job title to get this done. The only thing he left out was helping to move.:thumbsups

The fact is I must of sent him 100 emails with all types of crazy questions and he responded to everyone within minutes even the one's that should of went to my agent.

Some might of seen a thread about my payroll problem where I could not get the correct info, Steve and his team ended up having to call my labor relations dept to get as much info they could to satisfy the underwriter, since when I went to LR they ended up fill out the form and having me make more money in 2012 the my W2 said. (THAT WILL GO DOWN IN HISTORY FOR HIM.)

I just want to say thank you and will send anyone your way when asked.

X2 I'm working with him write now about to close soon he has been awesome very helpful and answers all my questions and helped me in every way possible and even hooked me up with a great Realitor as well...... And insurance company..... Thanks Steve!!!!!!! Very much appreciated
 
Thanks everyone. Even though I've asked you guys for everything except your first born when doing a refi or purchase, you all hung in there with me!!!
