Another one bites the dust

Well after 8 and 1/2 years I am going to be single again. So I figured that I would probably make it out to some meetings or something since I am on my own again. Just wondering where everyone will be out at woodward this weekend so I might be able to meet some of you.

Thanks guy's I appreciate it. I don't know if I will get out of work in time to make it tonight but I will definately be down there this weekend at my buddies house in Royal Oak so if I can't make it tonight I will try to meet you guys then.

Yeah not seeing the kids everyday sucks but I have them this weekend to bring down to woodward with me. I think they will be better off in the long run though as they don't have to witness their parents not getting along. Thanks again guys and hope to see some of you tommorrow.

I dont understand ppl throwing in the towel after that amount of time?
(8 and 1/2 years?) WOW

is there nothing left for you to salvage?

have you utilized ALL your options?

divorce is just TOO EASY.

what happened to "TILL DEATH DO US PART?"

I am sorry to hear about your sudden void in your life. too bad it cannot be reconciled.

I understand what you mean by that and trust me I tried a lot of different things to reconcile. Without getting into too many details we seperated 2 years ago due to a lot of things, got back together and went to counciling and during the last year nothing has worked. I can not and will not let it affect my children. Trust me it is not what I wanted in life, however I will not be miserable and watch my children see all this so I think it is the best thing for everyone involved.
