Another Auto Wiring Post

Does anyone make house calls to do wiring? My car is simple and all of the original harnesses are in good condition. Can't really be moved right now because the wheels are having some machine work done. I want my battery moved to the trunk and all of the engine compartment wiring hidden. The interior wiring is already done. My car is 1964 Chevelle, no FI or anything complicated. I have the correct cables to move the battery and probably all of the additional wiring.

I live in Troy and happy to pay the going rate.....This is about the last thing which needs to be done and I have all of the original wiring diagrams.

Have you pm'd duke [joe]? He might have suggestions if he's unable to do so.

If someone had a spare set of wheels to install temporarily in order to transport the car, is that of interest?

That car turned out very very nice!

I would rather pay someone the extra $150ish towing fees to come to my place to do the wiring. I also have all types of connectors including weatherpak stuff and all of the needed tools.

Joe is NOT a weatherpak man! Hahahaha
Dislikes them.

Call joe, I'm sure he would travel for a job. Won't find a nicer or more talented guy

Hahaha...I used to use Weatherpaks all the time when I wired my race cars and they do work and hold up well...But, things change and improvements are always in the works. I still have and use both crimp and solder connectors and those also work well for their intended uses.

While I have wired quite a few race cars from scratch and even re-wired multiple muscle cars and everything works and looks Okay, I want someone else to do this car....

My garage is clean and there is a lot of space to work and get around. I also have quite a bit of workbench space when car parts aren't on them...LOL
